We are a fee-for-service practice, which means we collect payment at the time of your visit. However, we’re happy to submit claims to your insurance provider so you can be reimbursed through your out-of-network benefits.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Please bring a valid photo ID, any dental insurance information (if applicable), and your completed new patient forms. You can fill them out online through our Dentrix system for your convenience. If you have recent dental X-rays, feel free to bring or email them ahead of time.

Yes! We specialize in cosmetic dentistry and are proud to offer personalized consultations. Whether you're interested in veneers, a smile makeover, or professional whitening, we’ll guide you through every step with transparency and expert care.

While our practice primarily focuses on adult cosmetic and general dentistry, we do see children on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us so we can determine the best care path for your child.
